The following are the terms and conditions for use of the MathDork software and the content it contains (each feature individually and collectively referred to as the "Content"). This Content is provided to individuals who are at least 18 years old or minors who have parental permission to open and use the Content. BY CLICKING THE "I AGREE" BUTTON YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SERVICE ("TOS").
Use of Material In the MathDork Files
The information, artwork, text, video, audio, or pictures (collectively, "Contents") contained on the MathDork Files are protected by copyright laws. You may only access and use the Contents for personal or educational purposes. You may not modify or use the Contents for any other purpose without MathDork, Inc.'s ("MathDork") express written consent. Except as provided below, you may not reproduce, republish, post, transmit or distribute any Contents in the MathDork Files.
The Contents included on the MathDork Web Site have been compiled by MathDork from a variety of sources, and are subject to change without notice.
Termination Access Period
You understand that the MathDork software is accessible only online for the time period specified in your purchase. If an excessive number of computers are found to be accessing the lessons from a single license, the login will be declined.

The services, information or data (collectively, "Information") made available at the MathDork Web site are provided "AS IS", without warranties or guarantees of any kind. MathDork expressly disclaims any representations and warranties, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
