MathDork FAQ
I received my login, but I can’t login.
Copy your password and past into a text editor such as Microsoft Word. Change the font to Times New Roman. This will distinguish between a one and an el, and between o’s and zeros.
Does MathDork have any other subjects other than Algebra?
MathDork currently provides lessons in Basic Algebra only.
Can I change my user id or password?
You must use the login provided by MathDork.
What age group is MathDork aimed at?
People of all ages have benefited from MathDork, from elementary school students, to senior citizens.
Is MathDork a full course in Algebra?
MathDork addresses some of the key concepts in Basic Algebra, in a fun and interesting way that you won’t see in the textbooks.
Can I share my password?
According to the license agreement, one user license is for one person or family member only.
I am a teacher; can I get a discount for my class?
Please send an email to cs@mathdork.com. Bulk discounts are available.
Can I order MathDork with a Purchase Order?
Yes, with a $10 processing fee. Please send an email to cs@mathdork.com to set this up.
I don’t have a credit card. Can I still pay through PayPal?
Yes, you may pay with an “e-check.” It is one of the PayPal options.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase MathDork?
You may pay through PayPal whether or not you have a PayPal account.
Do I have to pay online, or can MathDork take my order by phone?
We can take your information by phone. However, the charge will be worked through PayPal anyway.
I signed up, but the lessons are not what I expected. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund for this electronic product. Please review the free lesson and the two free previews before you purchase.
Can I download the lessons?
The lessons are available through subscription only.
Do I have to use MathDork from the computer that I used to sign up?
You may login from any computer.
